Open Studio Membership
Studio memberships are for experienced potters who are comfortable working independently. Membership includes studio access during operating hours, one personal shelves for storing wares, and both bisque and glaze firings.
More information below.

Meadowfound Ceramics is a small and intimate studio space for independent potters to hone their craft. We limit studio use to only ten members in order to keep a small and personal feel to the space, and to help foster a meaningful community of potters.
Wheel Throwing
We have four Shimpo Whisper wheels for members to use. They are super quiet, powerful, and stop on a dime.
Firing
All firing is done by management in our electric kiln. Currently, we are limiting our firing to mid-fire only (Cone 04 for bisque and Cone 5 for glaze).
Clay
We offer two types of clay bodies available for members to purchase. Members are also permitted to use their own clay, as long as it is a midfire clay body and they agree to reclaim, recycle, or dispose of it on their own. The two clay bodies that we reclaim are available for members to take and use for free.
Glazes
At this time, Meadowfound Ceramics does not provide members with any glazes. Members are expected to provide their own midfire glazes to complete their wares.
Tools
The studio has five sets of tools available for members to use. Of course, if members want to use their own tools, they are permitted to do so and store them on their private shelf.
